All orders are shipped via USPS priority. I am not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages once your order has been shipped. I recommend purchasing insurance to be fully refunded if this is to happen.

Once your item is received a full refund minus the shipping will be refunded to you. There are no returns on custom or made-to-order purchases.
